CTET is governed by the Management Board of 3 members representing UNSW Sydney and Yixing ES&TP and led by the Chairman, Professor David Waite.

  

 

 

Professor Waite is responsible for the strategic direction of CTET and provides supervision to all research and operational activities at CTET. The Board and the Chairman is supported by the General Manager (Dr. Yuan Wang) and Assistant General Manager (Dr. Kai Wang), who implement the business and operational plans approved by the Board. This also forms the Executive Team of CTET.

The Executive Team is supported by Operation Staff.
